This policy aims to inform you, our valued customer, about the services you can expect from Posh Nails Weston and the steps to take if you are not completely satisfied with our services.

​Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your nails become scratched or smudged after service has been rendered, please notify the salon within 24 hours and we will fix them for you, free of charge.

You must visit the salon to have your nails fixed within 7 days of the initial service.

We do not offer refunds or credit notes for change of mind.

We will redo any service free of cost if you are dissatisfied with the quality, provided you

inform us immediately after the service is performed.

Leaving the salon indicates your acceptance of, and satisfaction with the services provided.

Any repairs or replacements due to damage caused by lack of care will be charged accordingly. This includes damage such as broken, chipped, or lifting nails.

For nail care advice, please consult your nail technician.
Punctuality

Please contact a salon coordinator if you anticipate being late for your appointment.

If you are more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the booked services, but we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Personal Items

Posh Nails Weston is not responsible for any personal items that may become damaged during the rendering of services. Please secure all personal items and keep them away from the service areas.

Please handle polishes carefully and ensure all belongings are accounted for before leaving the salon.
Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Posh Nails Weston Gift Certificates.

We do not accept checks or any other forms of payment.

Gift Card/Voucher Terms of Use

No cash advances: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to obtain cash advances.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Treat Gift Cards like cash. They will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

Non-cancellable: Gift Cards cannot be canceled.

Responsibility: You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card.
